    On November 9th from 9:00 to 17:00, the "Professional Mindset Shaping and Team Building" training organized by the Human Resources Department of Jianrou Technology was grandly held in the remote training room on the third floor of the Huinan Science and Technology Innovation Center of the Management Committee. The participants were 112 management personnel and engineers of the company. This training event invited renowned trainer Teacher Zeng Pengjin as the keynote speaker. Before the training began, Manager Li Haining from the Human Resources Department introduced the purpose of the training organization.

      The training theme is divided into three themes. Firstly, as a professional manager, one should have a good mindset, secondly, have a team spirit, and finally, have a grateful heart.

   During the process of explaining the case, Teacher Zeng carefully listened to the trainees, actively participated in interactions, discussions, and took notes on some key points.
